Target audience:

Sign up for Assessment to gain eligibility to enter Storming Robots - followed by an hour workshop with Open Source Arduino-based robot controller. Please note that these two are in-person sessions.

Who should attend?

• Middle / High School CS/Technology Educators, Coaches, Mentorswho are interested in exploring the possibility of robotics programming using Simulation environment.
• High school CS or even Robotics students who are already fluent in programming in languages such as C/C++, C# or Java, but never have experience in Robotics Simulation.

What will you learn from the workshop?

• Explore how to manipulate an industrial level of Robotics Simulation software called Webots®.
• Explore how to add objects into the simulation environment such as obstacles, sensors and cameras.
• Go thru a sample to build and modify your own sample worlds Explore and learn from given samples.
